It’s the end of summer and you’re ready to kick-back, drink a local craft beer and relax into your seat listening to live music by a local band. Does this sound like your vision of a perfect Thursday evening in Ocean City, Maryland? It’s our version of perfect as well and it’s totally possible this Thursday night at Sunset Park at S. Division Street and the Bay in downtown Ocean City.
Ocean 98.1 WOCM joins the OCDC and the Town of Ocean City to bring you the Swell Fellas, a popular local band whose members include brothers Chris and Conner Poole and Mark Rohrer. This event is the last in a series of free concerts hosted every Thursday night by the Town of Ocean City and the Ocean City Development Corporation. The Ocean City Rec Boosters have been selling wine and beer at each event as a fundraiser for their efforts to help offset the cost of recreation programs in Ocean City.
This week, Fin City and Hoop Tea have DONATED their products to help raise money for the Rec Boosters so we can continue to enjoy these free concerts and similar events all year. Since we have never had craft beer or Hoop Tea at one of these events, please come show your support.
