We are redoubling our efforts to make the Shore a top craft beer destination with the help of the Rural Maryland Council.  They funded our Shore Craft Beer App and now, if you download the App, you are a member of our exclusive club.   We are  devoted to our “shore life”  which is a celebration of all that the eastern shores of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia offer.  This celebration includes local seafood, small towns, Salisbury University, the ocean, the coastal bays, events and festivals, and, of course, local craft beer.

The first farm brewery in Worcester County, Sinepuxent Brewing offers great beer in a farm setting 10 minutes from Ocean City

Find New Breweries

Have you visited Worcester County’s newest brewery, Sinepuxent Brewing located on Route 611 near Ocean City?  This is the first farm brewery in this county and it has big plans.  Throughout COVID, you could visit this brewery and sit outside at one of the many picnic tables and enjoy fresh, local craft beer.  They also offer hard seltzer made with blueberries grown on the farm.  You are only 10 minutes from Ocean City here so it’s worth a trip.  They had roaring fires in pits near each table all winter to keep you warm.  Now, Sinepuxent Brewing  is ready to cool you down with a cold refreshing pint.  The Shore Craft Beer App will guide you there and to all of the other fabulous breweries on the Shore.  And, we will soon reward you for going!

Participate in Ground Breaking Research

The Rural Maryland Council also funded a ground-breaking research project on local craft beer and tourism.  We would appreciate your taking a few minutes to complete our survey and everybody who does will be eligible to win a $25 gift certificate from one of our local breweries.  We are giving away 2 $25 gift certificates each week to survey participants.
