Our Beers
Lot 3 IPA
This American style IPA is aggressively hopped at a rate of over 2 lbs. per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine complement a reserved but firm malt backbone.
Lot 6 Double IPA
Think of this as Lot #3 on performance-enhancing malt and hops. At 8.5%abv, this beer is loaded with tropical fruit and citrus notes. Deep gold in color, massive additions of American varietals of hops generate assertive bitterness and big hop flavor and aroma.
Exile ESB
Inspired by the pale ales of England, this beer is red in color, assertively hopped but well balanced. Fruity and aromatic, generously dry hopped with Cascades and East Kent Goldings.
Lucky 7 Porter
Black with garnet highlights, this porter is rich and full flavored with notes of chocolate, coffee and smoke playing off the sweeter toffee and dark dried fruit tones.
Primal Pale Ale
A golden, dry, slightly hoppy pale ale that is refreshing and balanced. Notes of pine and citrus in the aroma, a lightly malty middle, and a clean finish.
Rise Up Stout
A caribbean style stout, synonymous with strong full bodied stouts, infused with coffee. Ours is rich and dark with a toasted brown head, well balanced, roasty and full flavored. Cold steeping with organic coffee from local shop Rise Up Coffee imports a generous but lanced coffee nose and flavor.
Delmarva Pure Pils
A supremely sessionable Eastern Shore take on a Czech-style pilsner. Golden in color with floral and citrus zest hop characteristics from German Saphir and Opal hops. Crisp with delicate malt flavors and a dry finish. Making any Eastern Shore adventure ever-better!
Pine’hop’le IPA
A tropical take on our classic American IPA, our pineapple IPA packs a tropical fruit flavor with juicy hop character. Brewed with loads of pineapple juice and aggressively hopped to contribute big tropical and citrus notes. After garnering much acclaim in our taproom and brewpub we bring this beer to our fans across the region.
Sprung
Our spring seasonal is a refreshing light golden ale. Brewed with honey, hibiscus and chamomile, fruity subtleties abound despite the accessible and easy drinking nature of this beer. Honey imparts a subtle floral note as well as a touch of sweetness.
Summer Session
Our summer seasonal is a light, refreshing unfiltered ale brewed with barley, oats, rye and wheat for a subtle complexity. A reserved hop bitterness and aroma balance the lightly sweet grain character.
Jacques Au Lantern
Our fall seasonal is an unfiltered amber ale brewed with pumpkin and spices, and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Roasted pumpkin is added to the mash along with traditional pumpkin pie spices creating a classic fall beer.
Secret Spot Alt Ale
Our winter seasonal is a nod to the classic altbiers of Dusseldorf. A full toasty malt profile is countered by generous additions of German hops. Well balanced but assertively hopped, this complex but approachable beer is ideal for shaking off the chill of winter.
Prelude Red
This malty red ale is the base beer added to barrels for our ongoing Nouveau Rouge project. Assertive, slightly sweet malt is enhanced with a variety of European malts: Munich, Aromatic and Vienna for a layered malt complexity.
Prelude Gold
A strong deep golden ale. This ale is the base beer for the Spring Migration, dry hopped with Summit and Liberty hops. Essentially an English golden barley wine, this ale is brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and Munich malt for exceptional depth of character.
Wandering Monk
The Wandering Monk is our Fall Migration prior to barrel treatment. Wandering Monk is a trappist-inspired Belgian-style pale ale. It has slightly sweet malt notes that are complemented by fruity and spicy notes that come from the Belgian yeast strain and Styrian Golding and Tettnang hops.
Prelude Black
Prelude Black is our Winter Migration prior to bourbon barrel aging. An intense, full flavored and roasty black ale, this beer is strong with an aggressive roasted malt character.
Alpha Six
The yeast makes the beer. No more is this so than with EVO’s Alpha Six. The yeast we use hails from the Ardennes region of Belgium and is known for creating classic Belgian ales with complex features and a smooth, balanced finish. And the alpha rating of Ardennes yeast? You guessed it, six. That little yeast alpha is the reason you’re holding our beer in your hand- a sessionable Belgian-style ale that goes down easy
Crystal Row
Crystal Row is a malt forward American Strong Ale that layers Pilsner and Munich malts with English caramel, crystal rye, and roasted malts for body and complexity. Moderately bitter, our brewers use some of their favorite American hops to contribute notes of pine and citrus to round out the aroma and flavor.
Chardonnay Migration
A Belgian-style pale ale aged in Chardonnay barrels that underwent a secondary brettanomyces fermentation. It’s a well-balanced example of what have come to be known as “wild ales,” referring to the presence of non-traditional brewer’s yeast.
Rum Migration
A strong golden ale aged in rum barrels. Our Spring Migration has a full and complex malt profile from English Maris Otter malt. Notes of rum and cane sugar lend a warm, lightly sweet note to complement the substantial malt profile.
Rise Up Russian Imperial Stout
Our brewers collaborated with the team at Rise Up Coffee Roasters to select and roast a single origin, fair-trade organic Sumatra coffee specifically for this project. This beer is brewed to the strength of an imperial stout with a base of English Marris Otter malt layered with copious amounts of dark malts. The resulting beer was conditioned on more than 25 pounds of coffee lending a rich, espresso-like aroma. Coffee, dark chocolate, and roast characters are prominent in this velvety smooth and darkest of ales
Bourbon Migration
A dark, strong ale aged in bourbon barrels. This bourbon-forward ale has aggressive notes of vanilla, char and bourbon heat. Balancing the barrel character are elements of chocolate, coffee, toffee and caramel. This beer is black with a tan head, modest carbonation and is best served at 50-550F.
