Hi there! We have been hard at work building this brewery keeping in mind sustainable practices and using local materials and craftsmen. We love our town of Berlin, Maryland and hope you join us in our taproom for a couple of pints and growlers. Our goal is to produce distinctive beers whose quality is unsurpassed using new and traditional brewing methods.

Double Blueberry Cobbler J.R.E.A.M.
Imagine this- An adult smoothie of blueberries vanilla and cinnamonblended in an imperial sour ale with the addition of lactose for some creamy goodness. It’s fruity, tart, and unbelievably delicious.
This DIPA features sticky Gorilla Snacks terpenes that pair with a solid double dry hopping of a proprietary blend of hops. Gorilla Snacks is what happens when you let the terps do the talking in compliment with our hop blend.
Purp The Magic Dragon
Purp the Magic Dragon is a sour ale conditioned on dragon fruit and a variety of stone fruit. Purp pours a nice radioactive Barney purple, worthy of a double cup, and boasts notes of the fresh fruit that it was conditioned on.
Triple Berry Cherry J.R.E.A.M.
We took our original smoothie inspired ale, added more raspberries and cherries than ever, and bumped the ABV up to a tall 9% for an incomparable level of fruity tart creamy goodness.
We scrapped all of the traditional recipes, drank a few beers, and completely lost ourselves in deep conversation about the perfect IPA – the one we could drink all the time. We stripped down our preconceived notions of how an IPA is typically crafted and instead built a recipe that would be the ultimate showcase of the most expressive hops available to brewers today. We were lost…and now we are in love.
Our base saison fermented on Brettanomyces bruxellensis and aged in stainless for 5 months. Whirpool addtions of Cenntenial hops pair with the natural esters of the Brett to produce pungent notes of citrus and hay with a mouth puckering, dry, and funky finish.
The unity of two incredible hops, citra and galaxy, combine forces to boast notes of peaches, papaya, and mangos in this double dry hopped juce bomb of an IPA.
We liked our mixed fermentation saison Alien Architecture so much that we decided to take it one step further and compliment its character by conditioning it on raspberries! The pungent notes of citrus and hay provided by the Brett are balanced with the sweet taste of raspberries, with a mouth puckering, dry, and funky finish.
This Burley red ale utilizes 8 different malts to create complexity with hints of burnt sugar, raisin and a slight touch of smoke.
This S.M.A.S.H. (single malt and single hop) beer contains 100% local pale barley grown 15 minutes from our brewery. Exclusively hopped with Citra, this session IPA boasts dank aroma with a clean malt finish.
In There Like Swimwear
Smooth and sultry, this fruited Triple IPA was triple dry hopped with Citra and Vic secret. It was then conditioned on the perfect amount of pineapple to compliment the dank tropical aromas exuded by it’s hop profile.
Jelly Not Jam
Slightly tart ale brewed with a touch of wheat , and our house strain of Lactobacillus. This ale is a blend of boysenberry, black currant, and blackberry that jams out with jelly goodness.
Coffee N’ Cream
A simple pale ale brewed with our own local barley from Snow Hill and cold brewed coffee produced on site at Burley Oak. This Ale pours an attractive golden hue and has a pleasant residual sweetness.
Brewed with our friends at Wet City for Artscape, this ale was brewed with Simcoe, Wakatu, Denali, and Enigma hops giving it strong notes of lime juice and lemon lime zest with a spruce tip, resinous finish.
A robust porter, pitch black in color with notes of baking chocolate, fresh coffee, and a distinct umami character that sets it apart from your everyday porter. Named after the term for crude oil, Bunker-C shares its richness and desirability, but is much more affordable than its namesake.
This juicy pale ale was double dry hopped with Summer and Rakau hops that lend a generous amount of bright fruity aromas including citrus, stone fruit, and pine.
This American Pilsner is named after our co-worker Bill, who has asked us to make a Pilsner for over a year. Brewed with Pilsner malt and toasted wheat, this light, crushable beer is a crisp, and refreshing type deal.
This is not your typical IPA…We used New Zealand Motueka hops, which present nice lemon-lime citrus notes, followed by a tropical fruit finish. The use of these hops creates a softer bitterness while retaining the bite of an IPA. This batch also features New Zealand Pacific Jade hops, which impart herbal spicy aromas and flavors.
Nitro Rude Boy
A different presentation of our Rude Boy- same recipe, different gas. We use nitrogen instead of CO2 in an effort to give it a nice creamy mouthfeel.
