For FeBREWary Burley Oak has decided to spread the love beyond beer. They will kick off the festivities on 2nd Friday, February 10th unveiling a Burley Oak Handcrafted art show. Each of the brewery’s 21 team members are creating a piece of art to be displayed during the month of February on our art wall. A version of most of the artwork will be available for purchase, with all of the proceeds going to Operation Warm. Operation Warm is an organization that comes together to supply winter coats for kids in need right here in our local community.
From February 10th to the 17th, the 17th being noticed as Random Acts of Kindness Day, the brewery’s team will participate in various random acts of kindness throughout the county.
On Friday February 17th at Burley Oak Brewing Company, all of the proceeds from the entire business day will go toward our chosen charity for 2017 – Operation Warm. There will also be live music from 9pm – 12am with The Dirk Quinn Band.
Each year Burley Oak chooses a different charity for Random ALEwareness Month.
The brewery will be having a triple can release over President’s Day Weekend with 3 different 16oz cans:
Lost in the Bush – Double Dryhopped IPA with Motueka Hops
Blueberry Peach J.R.E.A.M. – Fruited Sour Ale with Lactose
Mango Blood J.R.E.A.M. – Fruited Sour Ale with Lactose
