Our Beers
Double D Double IPA
Double D is a full-bodied Imperial India Pale Ale, flaunting sultry guava, mango, and tropical fruit aromas as a result of dry hopping with Citra, Zythos and Crystal hops. Brewed with light toasted malt and Bravo bittering hops, this double delights with smooth warming alcohols and a torrid finish.
Morning Glory Espresso Stout
Morning Glory is a full-bodied espresso stout that utilizes locally roasted coffee beans. Waking up at 9% ABV with the aroma of espresso and the taste of chocolate, she gives drinkers a jolt.
Candi Belgian Tripel
Candi Belgian Tripel may taste of sugar and spice, but her beguiling introduction is far from nice. Saaz and Hallertau hops provide a clean, floral aroma with minimal hop bitterness and the soft sweetness of apricot and pear lingers nicely against a dry finish.
Abbey Ale
Abbey Belgian Ale hails the under-recognized brewers of our holiest beverage. With a bready foundation, the help of Perle and Saaz Hops, and 7.5% ABV, Abbey proves that she can do a “man-sized” job.
GiGi’s Farmhouse Ale
GiGi is a Belgian-influenced farmhouse ale. The flavor is sweet at first, due to the use of pilsner, oat, and torrified wheat malts, but the subtle influences of Select, and Cascade hops add spice and a little mystery to her personality.
Hop Lips IPA
Her passion for medicine incurable, her appetite for hops unmatched, Hannah finally found her calling. Post-mash citrus & floral notes are a welcome salute.
Oak Barrel Stout
Oak Barrel Stout raises the bar for American Sweet Stouts. Our method of infusing vanilla beans and oak chips during conditioning results in an unparalleled, smooth and roasty stout.
Cherry Blossom Lager
Our Spring Seasonal, Cherry Blossom Lager is conditioned on 300 pounds of Michigan cherries for 48 hours. It is delightfully effervescent, blushing, and tart and resembles a cherry champagne.
Beach House Golden Pilsner
Beach House, is a crisp and refreshing Bohemian Pilsner brewed and dry hopped with Saaz Hops. This beer makes a perfect beach companion.
Octoberfest
Octoberfest is a traditional Marzen brewed with eight types of imported German malts and three hop varieties. It is noted for smooth caramel notes and crisp bitterness.
Baltic Porter
Baltic Porter tastes of licorice, toffee, and chocolate. The use of Pilsner, Crystal, Rye, and Dark Specialty malts provides the beer with a full body.
