Crisp, clean Kolsch brewed with malt grown locally in Laurel, Delaware, American Ale yeast, and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops.
Citrus forward IPA featuring El Dorado, Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe hops, then cold conditioned atop heaps of blood orange puree
Notes of biscuit, caramel, and malty sweetness. Brewed with imported German malt.
Kettle Sour Ale conditioned on blackberry, blueberry, and plum puree. Pleasantly refreshing with notes of blackberry jam and melted sweet tarts.
Noir et Bleu
West-Coast Style IPA brewed with 6 different hop varieties for a pleasant tropical fruit and pine character.
A 50/50 blend of Golden Ale (Aged two months in Oak with pureed mango and brettanomyces) and Witbier (Aged six months in Oak with Pinot Noir Grape must and brettanomyces) This barrel aged sour is complex, fruity, and funky.
Brewed with copious amounts of flaked wheat, and quadruple dry hoped with Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Amarillo. Juicy notes of fresh pressed tropical fruit, ripeapricot, and honeydew.

Intense Dark Chocolate, coffee, and caramel undertones form this decadent stout.
A light, creamy, and refreshing taste of Spring, this unique spin on Witbier is dry hopped with lemongrass.
Smooth & flavorful IPA single hopped with Cascade in the kettle, then dry hopped with Simcoe and Michigan Copper. Cold conditions atop of hibiscus flowers and white tea. Notes of fresh berries, floral sweetness and sipping tea on the front porch in the summer time.
