Rich, bready malt character combined with a clean dry finish from noble hops make up EVO’s tribute to the Festbier and Märzen lagers of Germany. Copper in color, Oktoberfest is malt forward with low bitterness.

A caribbean style stout, infused with coffee. Ours is rich and dark with a toasted brown head, well balanced, roasty and full flavored. Cold steeping with organic coffee from local shop Rise Up Coffee imparts a generous but balanced coffee nose and flavor.
Troegs Master of Pumpkin

Brewed with native Pennsylvania neck pumpkins harvested just a few miles from our brewery, Master of Pumpkins conjures the spirit of autumn by combining traditional pie spices with French saison yeast to elicit notes of vanilla, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and honey.
RAR Jackson Harvest

RAR Fishing Stories

When developing the recipe for this collaborative lager we wanted to utilize New Zealand hops and some type of fruit from the region. Freestyle Hops gave us the best of both worlds with a product that combines Freeze-Dried Passionfruit & Nelson hops into a singular hop pellet. Brewed with a simplistic grain bill of domestic Pilsner malt & dry hopped w/ Kohia Nelson. Bright Tropical Citrus with Clean, Crisp Finish.

Our flagship brew, is an unfiltered, West Coast style IPA brewed with six hop varietals (Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Colombus, Mosaic, Amarillo). These various hop additions give our IPA both subtle and refreshing pine aroma and tropical fruit flavors with a hint of grapefruit. It’s a hop forward experience without an overpowering bitterness.

A complete, ready, malty & sweet Oktoberfest named after Fins annual Oystoberfest party.
A classic Oktoberfest style lager, brewed with all imported German malt and lightly hopped with Czech Saaz Hops. Dark copper to Reddish brown in color, but a nice crisp, smooth taste, but also with a sweet toasted bread aroma and faint hints of spice as well.

Free Wave Hazy IPA
Free Wave is a hugely hoppy hazy IPA with a juicy body and velvety pour. A trio of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops generate bodacious aromatics of tangerine and grapefruit.
